Amended Notice of Annual Meeting

This release replaces the earlier Notice of Annual Meeting announcement released on 20 August 2026, which attached a Notice that incorrectly named William Buck Audit (NZ) Limited as the Company’s auditor in Resolution 2 and incorrectly referred shareholders to page 3 of the notice. The attached Notice, corrected, names Grant Thornton New Zealand Audit Limited as the Company’s auditor, refers shareholders to page 4, and corrects the voting instructions.

Further to AFC Group Holdings Limited (AFC)'s announcement of 4th August 2026, AFC gives you notice that the annual meeting of shareholders will be held online via a Zoom link, commencing at 2:00 pm on 25 September 2026. Attached is a copy of the Notice of Annual Meeting.
