Fletcher Building advises that its 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 commencing at 10.30am NZT.

The closing date for director nominations is Friday, 4 September 2026. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm NZT on that date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and should be directed to the Company Secretary, Fletcher Building Limited, Private Bag 92114, Auckland 1142, New Zealand.
