Amended Capital Change Notice

Promisia Healthcare Limited has re-released its Capital Change Notice dated 7 August 2026 to correct the total number of PHLWA warrants on issue following the exercise of 130,000 warrants.

The original notice stated that 28,220,000 warrants remained on issue. The correct balance was 28,205,000, reflecting the 15,000 warrants previously exercised on 5 June 2026.

No other changes have been made to the notice.
