Changes to ANZ Bank New Zealand leadership team

Changes will be made to ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited’s (ANZ NZ) leadership team.

A Chief Operating Officer role will be introduced, reporting to ANZ NZ’s Chief Executive Officer. The Managing Director, Customer Propositions and General Manager, Strategy and Execution roles will be disestablished.

Current Managing Director, Customer Propositions, Astrud Burgess, and General Manager, Strategy and Execution, Keren Roberts, will leave ANZ NZ on 27 November 2026.
