ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that it will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

Director nominations are now open. The closing time and date for nominations to be received is 5.00pm on Monday, 31 August 2026.

Director nominations should be sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
