Vital's FY26 Fourth Quarter Distribution

Vital's Unit Holders will receive a fourth quarter distribution of 2.4375 cents per unit (cpu) with no imputation credits attached. The record date is 20 August 2026 and payment will be made on 3 September 2026. Vital's Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will remain available to investors with a 2.0% issuance discount for this distribution. A Distribution Notice for the distribution is attached to this release.
