Appointment of Fast-Track Expert Panel

Tāiko Critical Minerals Limited (“Tāiko”, “TCM” or “the Company”) (NZX:TCM) advises that On 10 August 2026, the Fast-Track Panel Convener issued a minute announcing the appointment of the following people to the expert panel:

• John Maassen (chair) – joint nominee from WCRC, GDC and Te Rūnunga o Ngāti Waewae;

• Sharon Dines; and

• Cameron Lines.

The Expert Panel will commence work on 17 August 2026 and is due to make a decision on the Company’s Fast Track application by 8 December 2026, subject to any delays.
