Pip Dunphy – retirement from NZ RegCo board

NZ RegCo today announced that Pip Dunphy is retiring from the NZ RegCo board with effect from 10 August 2026, for personal reasons.

NZ RegCo Chair David Hunt said “Pip has made a substantial contribution to the board and NZ RegCo since her appointment in May 2023. Her deep knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, risk and audit has helped shape NZ RegCo’s regulatory approach and strengthen its governance and assurance oversight. The board thanks Pip for her service to RegCo and wishes her the very best.”
