Results of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held 7 August 2026

At Kingfish Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland today (7 August 2026), and online, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• To elect Dan Coman as a director of the company.

• To elect Simon Flood as a director of the company.

• To authorise the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year.

Detail of the total number of votes cast in person, online or by a proxy holder are:

For: 34,089,844 98.27%

Against: 598,859 1.73%

Abstain: 1,215,837

To elect Simon Flood as a director of the company.

For: 34,275,720 98.83%

Against: 405,151 1.17%

Abstain: 1,223,669

To authorise the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year.

For: 34,292,322 97.36%

Against:929,308 2.64%

Abstain: 555,713
