CDI subsidiary enters into new banking facility with ANZ

CDI (NZX: CDI) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, CDL Land New Zealand Limited (CDL), has entered into a new $20 million flexible credit facility with ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited.

The facility is for property portfolio funding and provides additional funding flexibility as CDI continues to progress its broader strategic programme. The facility has a term of 24 months and is supported by security over the Group’s Wiri properties and related rights, together with the existing cross guarantee and indemnity between CDI and CDL.

Chief Executive Officer Jason Adams said the facility supports CDI’s disciplined approach to capital management and provides flexibility as the Company continues to progress its development programme.

“The facility gives CDI additional flexibility to manage the timing of property portfolio funding requirements while we continue our broader strategic programme,” said Mr Adams.
