TruScreen Group Limited (NZX: TRU)/ (ASX: TRU), advises that its Annual Meeting will be held in the Boardroom of MUFG Corporate Market Services, Level 30 PWC Tower 15 Customs Street West Auckland and online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/tru26 on Tuesday 1 September 2026.

Shareholders attending and participating in the Annual Meeting in person virtually via the online platform will be able to vote and ask questions during the meeting.
