2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting Results

At Oceania Healthcare Limited's (NZX/ASX: OCA) 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting today, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions as detailed in Oceania's Notice of Meeting. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. Three resolutions were passed by shareholders and one resolution was not passed by shareholders.
