Change in Chief Executive Officer; Interim Leadership Arrangements Confirmed
Enprise Group Limited ("Enprise" or "the Company") today announces that the Board has decided to make a change in the Company's leadership. Ronnie Baskind will step down as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, with his employment ending on Friday 4th September 2026.
The Board's decision reflects its assessment of the leadership the business needs as it enters its next phase of growth. Ronnie founded Kilimanjaro Consulting in 2006 and has led the business through 20 years of significant growth, including its integration into the Enprise Group.
The board, sincerely thanks Ronnie for his contribution to this business over the past 20 years. He built Kilimanjaro from the ground up, and his drive and vision have been central to the Group's success. As we look to the next phase of the business, the Board has determined that a change in leadership is the right step, and we wish Ronnie every success for the future.
Interim Leadership Arrangements
To ensure continuity through this transition, the Board has appointed Grant Harwood as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately while a permanent recruitment process is undertaken.
The Board has also established a Transition Committee, chaired by Susie Stone and comprising directors Gina Tuzcet and Nick Paul, to oversee the transition and support the Interim CEO. The Committee will meet weekly during the transition period.
The Company will keep the market updated as the CEO recruitment process progresses.
