Subject: Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (“CRP”) – Suspension of Quotation

Message:

NZ RegCo advises that from 8.30am on Monday, 3 August 2026, it will exercise its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3(b) and suspend the quotation of ordinary shares of Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (“CRP”).

The suspension will follow the delisting of CRP from the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) at close of business on Friday, 31 July 2026 (Eastern Daylight Time).

CRP is listed on the NZX as an NZX Foreign Exempt Issuer. Once it is delisted from the TSX-V, it will no longer meet the NZX Listing Rules requirements for an NZX Foreign Exempt Issuer.

The suspension will remain in place until further notice. As announced on 17 July 2026, CRP has begun the application process for a primary listing on the NZX. That application will be subject to satisfaction of the NZX Listing Rule process and document requirements for a direct listing.
