Change of Date - RAD Annual Meeting and Investor Session

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) advises that its 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Investor Session, previously scheduled for Thursday 6 August 2026, will now be held on Wednesday 12 August 2026.

The change of date has been made due to an unanticipated scheduling clash. The meeting time, venue, online attendance arrangements and resolutions to be considered all remain unchanged.

The meetings will be held on Wednesday 12 August 2026 at 10:30am NZST at the offices of MUFG Pension & Market Services in Auckland (Level 30, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland) and online through the MUFG Pension & Market Services meeting platform at: www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/rad26.

An updated Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form are attached and will be sent to shareholders. Copies of these documents will also be available in the Investor Centre on Radius Care’s website under the Presentations and Shareholder Information section.

All proxy appointments and voting directions already submitted for the previously notified meeting will be recognised for the re-scheduled meeting, unless shareholders choose to amend or revoke their voting instructions. Further information on proxy voting arrangements is included in the updated Notice of Meeting.
