2026 Annual Shareholder Meeting, Director Nominations

Contact Energy Limited advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held in Wellington on the morning of Wednesday, 16 September 2026. Further details about the meeting will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in August 2026.

The closing date for director nominations is 5 August 2026 (5pm). Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and should be sent by email to companysecretary@contactenergy.co.nz
