Accordant Announces Board Changes

Accordant Group Limited (NZX:AGL) announces that Mr Nick Simcock and Ms Bella Takiari-Brame have tendered their resignations as Non-Executive Directors of the Board, effective 20 July 2026.

Nick joined the Accordant Board in January 2018 and Bella joined the Board in January 2024. Their resignations follow the successful completion of the Company's recent capital raise and reflect a move toward a more streamlined governance structure aligned with the current scale of the business and its strategic priorities.

Accordant Chair Simon Bennett said:

The Board will continue with its remaining directors and does not intend to appoint replacement directors at this time.
