Sale of Ridgeville Property

14 July 2026: ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) (ArborGen or the Company) is pleased to advise the sale of its Ridgeville head office facility for US$10.85m. Net proceeds from the sale will be applied to the reduction of bank debt.

As part of this process, the Company has relocated to smaller premises, delivering ongoing cost benefits.

The transaction aligns with ArborGen’s focus on disciplined capital management and improving balance sheet strength.
