Annual Meeting Date and Director Nominations

13 July 2026: ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) (ArborGen or the Company) intends to hold its 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Tuesday 15 September 2026. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to shareholders in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Monday 27 July 2026. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
