Notice of annual meeting

Asset Plus Limited gives notice that the Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, 6 August 2026 commencing at 2.00pm:

(a) online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/apl26; and

(b) at Level 6, 6-8 Munroe Lane, Albany, Auckland.

The venue for the meeting is the Company’s property at Munroe Lane, Albany, Auckland. Carparking is available at a Wilsons carpark adjacent to the property.

More information regarding virtual attendance at the Annual Meeting (including how to vote and ask questions virtually during the Annual Meeting) is available in the Virtual Meeting Guide attached.

A copy of the notice of meeting that is being sent to shareholders is attached.
