Kiwibank Board appointment and resignation

Kiwibank Limited (Kiwibank) today announced the appointment of Ian Park as an independent director of Kiwibank, effective from 15 July 2026.

Mr. Park is an experienced and well-respected governance professional based in Auckland, where he provides strategic, sales and leadership advisory services to finance sector clients. He brings a wealth of international governance experience, having served as an Independent Director of Vietnam International Bank from 2016 to 2019 and as a Shareholder Director of Bank of Hangzhou from 2017 to 2025, representing Commonwealth Bank of Australia. His deep expertise in banking governance, risk oversight and cross-border financial markets will be a valuable contribution.

Kiwibank also announced that Ian Blair will conclude his third term as a director of Kiwibank on 31 July 2026 and will not be seeking re-election. Mr. Blair joined the Kiwibank Board in July 2017 and is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
