Scott Appoints Interim Co-CFOs

Auckland, NZ – [3 July 2026] – Scott Technology (NZX:SCT) announces that Anthony Wesney and Scott Hawkins will jointly assume the role of Co-CFO, effective Monday, 6 July until we undertake the recruitment process for a permanent CFO later in the year.

Both Anthony and Scott bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role. The Co-CFO appointment ensures continuity and focus as we continue our strategy to Destination 2030 journey.

This appointment will drive innovation within Scott Technology’s global finance structure and help shape a future finance model and culture that will support the Group’s continued growth.
