June Series Notice for LGF160 Bonds (LB0353, Tranche 10)

On 9 June 2026, New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited ("LGFA") released a Series Notice ("Series Notice") in respect of Tranche 10 of Series LB0535 bonds ("Bonds"), being fixed rate bonds maturing on 15 May 2035, with an interest rate of 3.00% per annum, which are quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code LGF160.

LGFA has identified that the Series Notice stated that the first Interest Payment Date for the Bonds is 15 October 2026. However, in accordance with the Interest Payment Dates for Series LB0535 bonds, the first Interest Payment Date for the Bonds is 15 November 2026.
