NZ RegCo advises that, due to an NZX operational error, Oceania Healthcare Limited’s fixed rate, secured, unsubordinated bonds (“OCA030”) have been put into trading halt. The trading halt was put in place at 1:49pm today.

NZ RegCo expects that OCA030 will be available for trading from market open tomorrow, Friday, 3 July 2026. A second memo will be released to confirm resumption of trading.
