Locate Technologies Cleansing Notice

Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) gives this cleansing notice in connection with the issue of 10,000,000 new fully paid ordinary shares (New Shares) in Locate Technologies. The New Shares are being issued in full satisfaction of the buyout of the Locate2u revenue royalty, as described in Locate Technologies' market announcement dated 30 June 2026.

The New Shares are of the same class as Locate Technologies' existing fully paid ordinary shares quoted on the NZX Main Board under the ticker code LOC. The issue of the New Shares is being made to Pure Asset Management Pty Ltd as trustee for The Income and Growth Fund, in reliance on the exclusion in clause 19 of Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
