Clarification - Cessation of Director Fraser Whineray

Quayside’s Disclosure Committee wishes to clarify the announcement made on Friday afternoon 26 June, to confirm that Fraser Whineray has advised he will not be seeking reappointment for a further term and will cease to be an independent director of Quayside Holdings Limited on 30 September 2026.
