Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

ikeGPS Group Limited (NZX:IKE, ASX:IKE) (IKE) announces that its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is to be held on Thursday, 10th September 2026.

The details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed closer to the time.

Additionally, IKE advises that the period for nomination of persons as directors opens today and closes Wednesday, 15th July 2026. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm (NZT) on the closing date.
