Update on Leadership at Winton

Winton Land Limited (Winton) advises that the Company’s Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Chris Meehan, informed the Board on 24 June 2026 that he is taking leave as CEO for health reasons, effective immediately.

Mr Meehan’s leave has been notified during the concluding stages of a Board led employment process with Mr Meehan. The Board will update the market on further material developments.

The Board is confident that the senior leadership team will continue to successfully deliver on Winton’s plans and performance.

For privacy reasons, Winton will not be commenting further at this time.
