Amended LGFA Capital Change Notice

Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.13.1, New Zealand Government Funding Agency Limited ("Issuer") announce that the attached securities have been repurchased.

Notice has been amended to reflect the correct number of securities on issue after this repurchase of NZD 2,361,000,000 including treasury stock.
