Quayside announces cessation of Director

Quayside Holdings Limited is a Council Controlled Trading Organisation of the Bay of Plenty Regional Council (Council). The Council is undertaking a review of the composition of the Board of Quayside Holdings Limited.

As part of the review the Council has resolved that Director McTavish shall cease to be a director of Quayside Holdings Limited at a date to be determined by the Chair of the Council but no later than 1 October 2026.
