Retirement of Director Michelle Tierney

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advises that Michelle Tierney has given notice of her retirement from the Boards of SIML and Stride Property Limited (SPL), with effect on and from the close of the Annual Shareholders Meetings on 8 July 2026.
Michelle has served as a director of SIML and SPL since 17 July 2014 and has made a significant contribution to the Boards throughout that time.

Following Michelle’s retirement, the Boards will continue to comprise entirely of independent non-executive directors.
