Further to the announcement made by Works Finance (NZ) Limited (“WKS”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on the WKS preference shares (“WKSHA”) has been reset to 7.14% per annum, with effect from today, Monday, 15 June 2026.

The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open tomorrow, Tuesday, 16 June 2026.
