Further to the announcement made by Infratil Limited (“IFT”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on the Infratil Limited Bond (“IFT320”) has been reset to 5.61% per annum, with effect from today, Monday, 15 June 2026.

The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open tomorrow, Tuesday, 16 June 2026.
