Director resignation – AJ Smith

TradeWindow (NZX/ASX: TWL), a global trade software company, announces Mr AJ Smith has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the company.

Mr Smith has advised that following his resignation it is his intention to sell the balance of his shareholding in the Company.

TradeWindow Chair Alasdair MacLeod thanked Mr Smith for his contribution to the company and wished him well for the future. Mr Smith’s resignation is effective today.
