SBS announce resignation of Director

SBS announce that Mike Skilling will be resigning from his position as Director of SBS Bank effective 15 July 2026. Mr Skilling joined the SBS Board in August 2014.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Skilling for his extensive banking and governance contribution during his tenure.
