Subject: Rakon Limited (“RAK”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Rakon Limited (“RAK”) on Monday, 18 May 2026, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that RAK will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in RAK ordinary shares will be Monday, 25 May 2026, with trading in RAK being halted and suspended at close of business. Subject to final NZX conditions being met, RAK ordinary shares will be delisted and will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board from close of business on Wednesday, 27 May 2026.
