Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Serko Limited (ASX & NZX: SKO) today announces that its 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting (ASM) is to be held at 10.00am (NZT) on Tuesday 30 June 2026.

Shareholders will be able to attend the meeting physically in Auckland or virtually online. Other details relating to the ASM will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.

For the purposes of Rule 2.3.2 of the NZX Listing Rules, Serko advises that the closing date for director nominations is Monday 4 May 2026 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZT) on the Closing Date.
