Second interim dividend for the year ending 31 August 2026

The directors have declared the second interim dividend of 6.25p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2026. The dividend will be paid on 29 May 2026 to shareholders on the register on 1 May 2026 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 30 April 2026.

The first interim dividend in the amount of 6.25p was paid on 27 February 2026.
