Brazil Management Update

15 April 2026: ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) (ArborGen or the Company) wishes to advise of the resignation of Brazil country manager, Adriano de Almeida, effective from 4 May 2026.

Adriano joined ArborGen in August 2023 and has helped to drive the ongoing growth and development of the Brazil business, which currently comprises more than 900 employees, across 9 owned and leased nurseries, with a seedling production capacity of more than 150m seedlings per year from own operated and partner nurseries. The regional leadership team is strong and well-established, with close collaboration and knowledge sharing between the US and Brazil businesses.

A search process will be commenced to attract and recruit a new country manager. In the interim, the business will be overseen by Denis Sponchiato, Finance Manager for Brazil and Justin Birch, CEO.
