Director Resignation

Christopher Swasbrook has informed New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX: NZL) of his

intention to resign as a Director of NZL and its subsidiaries, effective 5.00 pm on 30 April 2026.

Mr Swasbrook has been a Director of NZL since 11 September 2020, prior to the Company’s IPO in

December 2020, and has been instrumental in the Company’s growth and development over this time.

The NZL Board and its Manager thank him for his contribution.

NZL continues to have three independent directors: Rob Campbell (Chair), Tia Greenaway, and Sarah

Kennedy and remains in compliance with NZX Listing Rules.
