Kiwi Property appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Kiwi Property is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Theodore to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Sarah brings over 20 years’ experience spanning banking, infrastructure, property and retirement living across New Zealand and Australia. Most recently Deputy CFO at NZX/ASX dual-listed Summerset Group Holdings, her career includes senior leadership roles at Transpower New Zealand and Macquarie Group.
Kiwi Property CEO, Clive Mackenzie, said: “We are very pleased to appoint Sarah to the role of CFO, part of the Kiwi Property executive leadership team. Sarah has a strong background in listed company finance, global capital markets and investment advisory, and brings established relationships with our institutional investors, banks and analysts. Sarah is expected to commence in the CFO role in late July 2026. In the interim, Tiniya du Plessis will be Kiwi Property’s Interim CFO, providing support and guidance to the business across all financial matters. Tiniya has extensive experience in both corporate reporting advisory services and assurance.
