D&O Ongoing Disclosure Notie - Amendment

The 30 March 2026 Ongoing Disclosure Notice for Barbara Chapman referred to an issue price of $2.05 per share in respect of the 6,756 ordinary shares received through the allocation of additional shares (applied for from the shortfall) under the rights offer announced on 23 February 2026. The issue price of those shares was in fact $2.22.

Accordingly an updated and amended Ongoing Disclosure Notice for Barbara Chapman is attached which refers to the the correct issue price of $2.22.
