Air New Zealand has received NZX Ongoing Disclosure Notices for Nikki Dines, Greg Foran, Alex Marren, Nathan McGraw, Jeremy O’Brien, Nikhil Ravishankar, Richard Thomson and Michael Williams in relation to the lapse of the remaining share rights from 2022.

Air New Zealand has also received an NZX Ongoing Disclosure Notice for Kate Boyer, newly appointed Chief Operations Officer, Ground and Inflight, in relation to her relevant interests in quoted financial products.
