Settlement of Divestment of 41-55 Foremans Road, Christchurch and 2 Smart Road & 18 Constance Street, New Plymouth

Further to the announcement made on 16 February 2026, Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) has now settled the divestment of two of the Company’s properties located at 41-55 Foremans Road, Christchurch (Foremans Road) and 2 Smart Road & 18 Constance Street, New Plymouth (Smart Road) respectively.
