Channel Infrastructure provides the attached Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This Notice relates to the issue of ordinary shares under Channel Infrastructure’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, in respect of the FY25 final dividend as announced on 27 February 2026.
