Updated Half Year Financial Results – Timing of Release

KMD Brands Limited (ASX/NZX: KMD, “KMD Brands”) had previously advised that it intended to release its results for the 6 months ended 31 January 2026 on Wednesday 25 March 2026.

KMD is not presently in a position to release its results as intended today. We expect to release our HY26 Results on Thursday, 26 March 2026 and no later than Friday, 27 March 2026.

A briefing session for investors and analysts will be held on the day of release.
