SENIOR MANAGER CHANGE

Tourism Holdings Limited (NZX:THL, ASX:THL, “thl” or “the Company”) advises that Kate Meldrum, current Chief Operating Officer – North America, has been appointed to the newly created role of Group Chief Operating Officer.

Kate is an experienced executive with over 20 years’ service at thl, most recently as Chief Operating Officer – North America since 2024, and previously as Chief Operating Officer – Australia. In her career with thl, Kate has also held various roles with group-wide responsibility for people and capability, revenue, marketing and sales.

thl does not intend to backfill the Chief Operating Officer – North America role. Anthony Kayaleh, currently Vice President, USA Operations, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer – USA.

These changes enable the next phase of operational synergies and ongoing cost saving opportunities, through a deeper sharing of global best practice and further operational consistency across the group.

The changes will take effect during April 2026.
