As at 31 January 2026, The Bankers Investment Trust PLC’s capital consisted of 1,315,102,830 ordinary shares of 2.5p, of which 344,029,451 ordinary shares were held in Treasury. Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Bankers Investment Trust PLC is 971,073,379.

The above figure 971,073,379 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of The Bankers Investment Trust PLC under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
