EBOS GROUP LIMITED TO RELEASE FY26 INTERIM RESULTS ON WEDNESDAY 25 FEBRUARY 2026

EBOS Group Limited will announce its interim financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2025 on Wednesday, 25 February 2026.

The results presentation will be available following its lodgement with NZX and ASX directly through both exchanges and also on the EBOS Group website at: https://investor.ebosgroup.com/.

EBOS will hold a live webcast at 11.30am NZDT / 9.30am AEDT on 25 February 2026 which can be accessed via the following link: https://edge.media-server.com/mmc/p/63btzauw.

To listen to the webcast, you are advised to log on to the website and complete your registration details at least 10 minutes before the webcast commences.

A replay of the webcast will be available from 3.30pm NZDT / 1:30pm AEDT on 25 February 2026.
