Resignation of the Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary

General Capital Limited (NZX:GEN) hereby advises that Richard McIntosh, the Group's Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary, has resigned effective 27 January 2026.

Managing Director Mr Brent King expressed his thanks to Richard for the significant contribution he has made to the Group over the last three years and wished him well for the future.

General Capital has commenced a recruitment process to search for a replacement and will update the market when an appointment is made.
